Is ther a way to retreive deleted items from your recycle bin after deleting them. Is there a program? Or is there a pathway that I can follow on the computer to find a folder that they are located in.

The people that make Diskeeper have an undelete product that is very good. Try not to use the computer until you can undelete the files. When you create or extend files, the old file blocks may be overwritten.

if it's still in the recycle bin you can right-click on it and choose Restore. otherwise, try Free Undelete. download it for free here:
