because they are afraid that if you dont meet up to their "standards" they think that you will be real boring and then their so called "buddies" would make fun of them but i say if they were their real buddies that they wouldnt care. theres society for u.

Girls can be just as judgemental...worse in some situations. Some people are just mean. Don't let them get to you.

People are naturally judgmental. If we didn't judge, we'd constantly make major mistakes.
The problem with being judgmental is that some people don't give others a chance after they've judged them.

Because women put up with it. Call them on it. Believe me they will scream and yell deny, whine , ignore, or make excuses. But they will know they have been called on it, and we don't think it's cute, manly or attractive.
