your heart ,,lungs, arms, legs,,,better yet,,try jump rope,,but make sure not on hard surface,,I don't want tou to hurt your joints,,try it ,,it works on everything

You would have to do criss-crossing jumping jacks where you would alternate jumping out to the sides and bringing your feet together with jumping out to the sides and then crossing your feet when they come together.
