Joe Louis and Muhammad Ali were NEVER "paper champions" Frazier only was until he beat Ali, so Frazier was not a "paper champ". Maybe this is too hard for some people to understand, I'll rephrase, a heavyweight champion who NEVER won a "linnear" title.
