Depends if she knew she had it or not. If she didn't know, she's a victim too. If she did... well, the most you can really do is to try to take her to court for some sort of assault charge, but other than that, not much. Use a condom, play it safe.

If she knew she had AIDS before you did her, you could sue her. I'm absolutely serious. I'm not sure what the charge is called, but there is one to be made.

some states enable you to prosecute if she did it on purpose. you know, had the disease and didn't tell you, poked holes in the condom or took them off. you'd have to prove she was the one that gave it to you.

Well, I guess you should of used a condom, it is just as much your fault that you got it as it is her fault..... So maybe take some responsibility for your actions..
