You can't see your guardian angel.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 336, states: From its beginning until death, human life is surrounded by their watchful care and intercession. "Beside each believer stands an angel as protector and shepherd leading him to life." Already here on earth the Christian life shares by faith in the blessed company of angels and men united in God.

Well I don't know if your Guardian angel looks different than mine.
Mine is a woman, and I only seen her once, even though she was showing up for many months. She was completely white like a shadow, and glowing, a woman's figure, her touch was always comforting, and she spoke out loud to me one day, she had the most beautiful woman's voice I ever heard, my first thought was she's an Angel. Twice she communicated with me, and both times, she was so comforting, I fell to sleep.
If you see it, ask questions, even if you just feel the spirit, they usually answer.
