Does extra cold weather cause your joints to ache more?

This phenomenon takes place only if you have some stress in that area. Perhaps you are aware of some restriction in the wrist at other times but, the stress to a joint will attract a crystalline substance into the joint and cause swelling. If there is sufficient deposition of those crystals, it will eventually become an arthritic joint. subject to pain at other times than being associated with temperature. You will know when the weather is going to change.

not necassarily cold weather. if you have problems with your joints, low pressure systems in the area cause a bit of pain for the problem areas in your joints.

yes it does but i have arthritis and surgical hardware in my wrist . but all of the joints i have injured in my life hurt when it gets to cold

U might want to get checked for Arthritis.
