Food will be completely included. You can eat all you want. Food will be available 24/7 on board. You may want to take some shore excursions and those can be pricey however they do take credit cards. If you are planning on paying cash for shore excursions you should probably count on at least $300 per person. Do you really need souvenirs? You can spend a little or a lot on souvenirs depending on your taste. I am very frugal and I usually just pick up a refrigerator magnet from my various destinations. So I spend a couple of bucks and don't have something that will take up a lot of space but will still give me a constant reminder of my trip. They will take your pictures all the time and want you to buy them all but wait until near the end of the cruise and pick out the best pictures that you took and just buy one set of those. Be sure to bring sunscreen and sea sick pills or ginger just in case you get sea sick. Bring magazines or books to read in your spare time. It is usually always warm in the Caribbean so be sure to bring your swim suit but also pack a light jacket because sometimes it is cool in the evening. Bring your umbrella because sometimes it rains! You will have a couple of formal nights so bring some dressy clothes for that. You will feel self conscious if you are not dressed up because most everyone does. You will have an awesome time. There are plenty of activities or you can just kick back and relax. Have an extra fun time!

i went on the Carnival Triumph in Jan. this year to the Eastern Caribbean. You will have a blast! I drink, so that cost me about $5/drink (about $500 total for me and my guest), and I gambled some too-lost about $250.00. I would bring $1000.00, just to be safe, and to not shorten your experience from lack of money. Anything you have left, take back home with you, of course...But do take into consideration tips, and whether or not you are taking anyone and buying for them...Have fun! and any questions, email me at curt2969@yahoo.com

for things on the ship, charge it on your key card, for the stops, about a hundred or two for each stop should do it, unless you are getting a lot of things for friends/family
