Cuddling is a form of intimacy and unfortunately or fortunately there is some truth to to the following statement:
Men use intimacy for sex and women use sex for intimacy.
I hope this sheds some light.

Because the pressure is off. The term 'Relationship' is a big turn-off to lots of men.

OK, not all guys are like that, but that's been the case with the guys I've experienced.

Sometimes men are driven by the fact that they like to impress their friends. Saying that they were w/ several girls makes them more "cool". I believe that that is really called being a jerk.

Some guys are just naturally affectionate. Same goes for women.

Most guys I know are too nervous to do this...the ones who are frequent cuddlers are either gay or want sex. No loving reason.
