IF you've been calling them by their first names all your life, I expect it wouldn't feel weird at all.
If you've decided to do so, you can answer the question better than we can.
My daughter calls me by my first name if we are somewhere where I might not pick up on "Dad" because there are a lot of people calling out for their dads. First time she did it I thought it was weird, but I got the point and have no problem with it.
Communication is a wonderful thing.

My son calls me by my first name sometimes. I don't mind in the slightest because no matter what he calls me I will always be his mother. I think he's seen it somewhere and thinks it sounds cool. As long as he doesn't call me too early in the morning, he can call me what he likes! ( Nothing rude, of course)

You didn't say what sort of relationship you had. If you were brought up by your parents I would definitely say call them mum and dad, if it transpired you were brought up by someone else and only recently met them - then mum and dad would sound wrong. Then of course, calling them by their christian names would be acceptable.

I have called my mother by her first name for years--nearly my entire adult life. I don't remember how it even started...
