Today, I installed Windows Service Pack 2. After trying to upgrade to IE 7, I figured out that it's not letting me download anything at all. Like, nothing at all. I can't download any programs. What should I do?

it might be that you have Windows Firewall Activated. Go to Start>Control Panel>Windows Firewall to check your settings. You can turn it off from there or keep it on and allow exceptions.

Uninstall whatever you installed and see if that fixes it. If not, you may have to restore your system to an earlier date.
