Undermarriage is illegal, wait till your 18 or go to some redneck state. Hope your love life works out.

Depends on how many years have passed, was it before the laws were in-forced? Just recently a couple from Nebraska, came to Kansas to get married[she is 14, and pregnant, he is 20], they came to Kansas , because in Kansas you can marry, with parental consent at 14, which she had. To shorten the story, he has been arrested and is in jail, waiting for trail.

stautue of limitations may be up once you've turned 18
I dont believe so but shame on the 30 yr old...
is he that imature that he can only find love with a child
I also consent in a lot of states is 16yr old if not younger...

A 46 year old man who dates a 16 year old girl is not "in love" with her. He is a criminal and should be castrated with a rusty, dull saw.

There is a statute of limitations, but depends on the state as to how long the statute is

There is a statute of limitations on nearly all law violations. What you are describing used to be much more common, though it is illegal now.

Most likely not because it was a long time ago and the law wouldnt waste their time with it.

*I THINK* after 10 years, you can't get in trouble with the law, but you can still get in trouble with family!
