Try using Garnier sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner. Then use Garnier smoothing milk after that. Be sure to use LOTS of conditioner. It will control the frizz. Infusium shampoos and conditioners work well and leave your hair super soft, too. Also, be sure to try John Frieda extra strength serum. You can get it at most stores like Pamida, Target, Walmart, etc. Make sure to work it evenly all over your hair - not just in one spot. I like to use 3 dollops because I have relatively long hair. It works wonders!

I have very frizzy curly hair an I use Biolage Ultra-Hydrating shampoo and conditioner. You hair feels like butter when you rinse the conditioner out. It helps keep my frizz down. As for when I straighten it, I have a Chi flat iron. It keeps my curly hair flat as a board with NO frizz. I smooth on some biolage defrizz serum to keep the fly aways down.
Biolage is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would never use stuff you get at the grocery store. Pantene, for example, has formaldehyde (what they put in dead bodies), and thermasilk has candle wax.

ok if you are white maybe you need to resort to the black people method. Go buy you some hair moisturizer it can be found on the black beuty aisle in wal-mart get the dark and lovely kind or the one for little kids does not matter. Sometimes it is refered to as hair lotion yes hair lotion. Put some on at least once a day and i garuntee that your hair will not be dry and it will be silky and wet( not the nasty wet look like i got caught in the rain, but the wet look as in healthy) looking for the rest of the day.
