since i use a CHI straightener, i also have the CHI heat protecting spray stuff which seems to work well. But dont think just because you use it you're avoiding all heat damage. no matter what, if you use a flat iron youre going to get split ends and you might dry out your hair depending on how often you do it.

For super thin hair, don't use too many products, your hair needs to last a long time.
