How much better is windows 95 OSR 2.5 than the original release of windows 95?

Being that both are about 10 years old, I don't think it really matters. The latter version would normally include patches and fixes, so OSR 2.5 would be less erroness.

It just includes IE 4.0, some bug fixes, and new drivers.
