There is a big difference between hating and disliking. Hate is the next step of disliking. God dislikes those who cause harm to others or oneself but still He does not hate.

First of all you have to know one thing.God is one form of love.He does not hate anybody.We just gave one form that Lord shiv will look like this or Allah will look like this or Jesus will look like this.These are all the forms created by human kind just for the sake of getting support in distress. For example see the posture of lord Jesus he will look like stretching his hands inviting the people i.e., with love, see lord venkateswara one hand will be called as abhayahastam.Ok.Finally no god will hate anybody.He looks/treats us like a mother.
