Usually the congregations that justify women being preachers and teachers use some of these verses as a justification for that decision.
Acts 18:24 Now a Jew named Apollos, a native of Alexandria, came to Ephesus. He was an eloquent man, competent in the Scriptures. 25 He had been instructed in the way of the Lord. And being fervent in spirit, he spoke and taught accurately the things concerning Jesus, though he knew only the baptism of John. 26 He began to speak boldly in the synagogue, but when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him and explained to him the way of God more accurately.
Judges 4:4 Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel at that time. 5 She used to sit under the palm of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim, and the people of Israel came up to her for judgment.
Romans 16:1 I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant (diákonos) of the church which is at Cenchrea:
diákonos - A minister, servant, deacon.

I am a women studying to be a minister/preacher and there are many bible verses that suggest and indicate woman are allowed to preach are are 'equal'. Too many to quote here. Some of the main ones include. Galatians 3:28, Acts 9:36,Acts 18:24. Ultimately I think we should look at what Jesus taught and acted. Jesus treated woman as equal and so should we. I think we need to look at the 1 Timothy passage within biblical context. If you believe that woman cant preach then you have to believe that we should cover our head in Church as well as stated in 1Corinthians

There were meetings when these women could pray or prophesy, provided they wore a head covering. (1Co 11:3-16; ) However, at what were evidently public meetings, when “the whole congregation” as well as “unbelievers” assembled in one place (1Co 14:23-25), women were to “keep silent.” If ‘they wanted to learn something, they could question their own husbands at home, for it was disgraceful for a woman to speak in a congregation.’—1Co 14:31-35.
While not permitted to teach in congregational assembly, a woman could teach persons outside the congregation who desired to learn the truth of the Bible and the good news about Jesus Christ (compare Ps 68:11), as well as be a ‘teacher of what is good’ to younger women (and children) within the congregation. (Tit 2:3-5) But she was not to exercise authority over a man or dispute with men, as, for example, in the meetings of the congregation. She was to remember what happened to Eve and how God expressed the matter of woman’s position after Adam and Eve had sinned.—1Ti 2:11-14; Ge 3:16.

The Bible says that pastors should be the husband of one wife so therefore I personally do not believe women should be preachers nor should teach Sunday school classes in which men or in nor pray in church services in which there are men in..If a man is present he should lead..he's the leader of the house..he's the leader in the church..

God allowed Deborah to be a Judge. Perhaps you think God is in the wrong? You should take that up with Him.
