Uhhhm excuse me... I guess you are forgetting Manny Pacquiao.
But he is an exception. To answer your question, I think its because its difficult to market them in the US. Most fans root for athletes who come from their own hometown. There are some Koreans, and Japanese fighters who are relatively good. But the best asian boxers are probably the Thais and its mostly because of Muay Thai. If they can get Americans interested in watching them, I have no doubt they can make a good showing of themselves in the US.

Most Asian fighters are more into the martial arts and kick boxing. Traditional boxing is as oblique in Asia as American football is in Europe. Plus, Asians are too busy building better computers and cars. They need all of their brain power.
