ok i like this guy named chris. one day in class we had to do a group project. and he happens to be in the same group as me. i was standin/leanin on the seat behind him. john said "aye can you hand me my backpack behind you?" and i said no. and he said aww u look so pretty today. and said tahnk you but no. and then chris said. no she look fine. he said that just when i got up to get the backpack. he also tried to play punch me in da stomach. and notice and i play punch him back. so basically we were like punchin eacother. in lunch. he was sitting on the other side of the bench. he saw me he walk over and sat next to me. my friend said awww u guys make a cute couple and he said oh really? during passing periods, when he sees me, he stops and look at me. and sometimes i can see him starring at me. and once in lunch, he was sittng and saw me so he stand up and i said what and he said what. i said what you looking at. he said looking at you and smiled. so do you think he likes me?????????

what kind of girl goes through a kind of guy courting her like that? he punched you?! how old are you...if this is like in middle school or something....he's probably just doing some "no-meaning" flirting. meaning, he does like you like you, just flirting.
to me, its kinda hard to tell if he does. if you start hanging out mroe often and he finally asks you the question..."wanna go out sometime?" then you'll know. get to know him better.
sometimes asking aroung if he's a keeper is a good thing to do.
its kinda weird that he's all sweet one minute then obnoxious the next. good luck figuring that out

Of course he does, you don't punch a girl and not like her. Maybe you should ask him if he likes you or ask him to go out. He definately likes you.
