There are times when you are going to feel this way in your life, and then there are times where you are going to feel that life is fine and you are happy. Everyone goes through this. Right now, is a hard time for you. I don't know why you feel the way you do, but the best thing to do is talk about it, if you have a close friend or even a counser, that will help you talk about your emotions. Sometimes writing it down helps if you don't want to talk to someone. Trust me, life sucks a lot of times, but we learn to get through the hard times. When you get past this depression, and I hope you will, you will look at life differently and you will wonder why you felt so depressed in the first place. Emotions are a rollercoaster, so i'm sure as you get older you will again feel this way, but by then you will know yourself a better and know that life is what it is. Life brings your through experiences so hold on tight. Hope this helps.

Do not be scared for in order to get help you must seek therapy. Call your Community (County and find in the blue pages under Mental health) vaery nice people answer the phone and listen an they will get you in to see a Psychiatrist who can write prescriptions for medicationsm for even they can and will help. Sometimes depression is caused by a chemical imbalance of the brain and there is medication that can resore balance and health. and it is no ones fault, not your fault. I believe you've determined that you alone cannot fix this esp if its a chemical imbalance. There is a chemical called Serotonin, its a hormone that when released by the brain makes us feel good. If you see a puppy for example the brain will release the chemical and you feel happy, laugh and so on but if there is a imbalance then the braind dos not release this hormone or too little to have any effect and so we stay feeling down, depressed and we stay depressed no matter what someone says,or what we eperience or see for we lack the hormone. Wouldn't it be great if all it took to make you feel good, bring joy back into your life,to lift this heavy oppressive cloud was to see a Psychiatrist and then get a pill to take. Could also be a life experience that got youi down, depressed you and now the experience has kind of taken over for you just can't shake it but some medication against stress and talking about it can make it bearable. If you have Insurance then most policies esp if you have major medical pays for this type of health care and in that case see your family doctor who will refer you if you have no family doctor find one a Psychiatrist in your area through your Insurance Co or even yellow pages but you, in order to get help, must take that first step if you are still going to school the talk to both or the parent you feel closest to or talk to your school counselor-who by law has to keep your conversations private if you tell her/him to and you can get help that way but you must do it.The longer you wait the more intense it will get. the fear is holding you back but in order to get out of this you must overcome the fear. Sometimes we just have to hold onto our gust not hink and DO IT. I will pray that the Holy Spirit give you the strength you need. You can go to this site www.all about depression.com

First of all, depression is not a laughing matter, just speak to your physician and explain the depression. Many medications can help and just because you need them now doesn't mean you'll need them forever. This may be a period in your life where your physically changing and it's affecting your balance. Speak to your physician. As for the rage.... Speak to your physician FAST. If you recognize it then your an intelligent being who knows that there is help. The computer is not going to help you. Only a person who is trained can. Good luck

There are mental health services almost everywhere. The Mental Health Association is a great resource. United Ways provide many resources as well. Many agencies provide help on a sliding-fee scale. If you have insurance, most companies have a list of therapists who they recommend. Go see a licensed therapist. An experienced therapist can either help you to sort out your feelings and normalize things, and may help you to decide if you need someone who can provide you with medications. I hear you are scared, but do not let your fear keep you from connecting with others who can definitely help you.

Go to the ER. They can help you. I used to feel the same way. I still get depressed sometimes, but I no longer feel the urge to hurt people and destroy things.
If you IM or email me I can tell you more about my experiences with mental health treatment.

I felt the same way last month. I was so frustrated!!
For the first time in my depression, I actually felt homicidal. Fortunately it passed. As will yours. Just try to keep yourself calm and maybe even distance yourself untill that moment passes.

for now, maybe get in bed and try to just relax or watch tv or the radio, if you take meds for it, maybe take one now. See how you feel in the morning, if ya feel like that a lot. Go see a psych doc and ask them. Maybe get meds if ya need em. Deal with it BEFORE you hurt anyone, that way you get to choose how you handle and deal with it. If you do hurt somebody , they deal with you, psych hospital and/or jail. I know what I would choose.

You need counseling. If you can't afford it, you can still get help. Try the United Way, school counselor, clergy person, etc. It may be psychological. But it may also be physiological.
