1. 33 yr divorced with 2 children. Works, owns home, sexy and showing most interest in me. Is getting me gifts, but I feel she is motivated to get father and husband and is approaching me on basis of convenience and not love. Only met her twice and talked once.
2. 25 yrs old single. Father passed away. Lives at home. Works. We had instant rapport and high level of mutual appreciation. But she is playing hard to get. When someone does that I tell them I have a policy "if you dont call or respond 3 times when you said you would then I delete the number and then you need to call to restart communications." So I deleted her number as she didnt call back 3 times when she said she would. She also is avoiding in other ways but still denies anything is wrong. We have been playful and friendly through all this, which is really gr8, yet we are not in communication now.
3. A girl 23 who is showing interest and lives at home. She led me to the Kama Sutra books when we were at a bookstore.

1. There's lots of baggage there. Unless you're ready to handle it, be up front and tell her you're not interested in being a "father" or "husband" at this moment.
2. Father passed away? Is that supposed to make a difference in the decision? Anyways... though there's been "instant rapport" and "mutual appreciation", she's just not trying hard enough in your opinion. And you seem to not like that, so move on...
3. Younger that those last two, makes me wonder how old you are. Though, it shouldn't make that much a difference. She lives at home... There's not much here to judge. But because of that, it seems like she's the safest bet so far.

I would go for the 23 yr-old-gal. Like you mentioned, the first one is probably interested in you being a hubby and father. The second one is.. oh i don't know.. people who don't keep promises just aren't very attractive you know!

If you're looking at all your possiblities this dispassionately, then you're probably not really interested in any of them. I'd think long and hard, and then probably go find someone I was actually compatible with if I was you.
