Can you draft a sample accompanying letter that I can put with a visa application. ?

Hi- struggling to write a letter that would explain the details of the visit purpose to the UK and also explaing the accompayning documents. Please could someone draft a letter out or atleast the points that need to be mentioned. The person has travelled to the UK before, but did not need to provide the letter at that time, so now struggling. Thank you.
