my my my, well assuming ur referring to the upper lips i would have to say for me i prefer the slow soft get to know my mouth, my tongue, the smell of my hair up close, kissing my neck and back to my mouth exploring softly and sensuously.
now.....that being said, "circumstances" determine how the kiss should be. if ur stepping into a mall store dressing room for a quickie then the frantic wild approach will work just fine.
ps....ok i admit it this answer applies to both sets.....upper and lower lips lolol

i like it, no LOVE it both ways.
