Isnt it just arrogant to assume *since it works for me it must work for you too?* People are meant to have thier own ideas and beliefs, why do others want to take that away?

There is truth and there is error. I read of a tribe in Papua-New Guinea, that when a member of the family dies, instead of burying them they would lay out the corpse in their home and let it slowly rot and decay in their presence because of their superstitious belief. Do you think it is a kindness to let such as these continue to suffer because of their ignorance? If I proclaim Christ it is because the name of Jesus Christ has brought me into a place of peace with God, where I live free from fear, free from the power of Satan and having all my my needs in this life met, and an assurance of eternal life thereafter. If we do not proclaim Christ, we are in direct disobedience to His command: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you..." (Matthew 28:19,20)

If you are happy in a burning house, is it love for me to leave you alone in the house?

If there is such a things as objective truth, and there is, then there are somethings that are simply wrong.

For this reason we reason from the Scriptures:
Isaiah 1:18-20
18 "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool. 19 "If you consent and obey, You will eat the best of the land; 20 "But if you refuse and rebel, You will be devoured by the sword." Truly, the mouth of the LORD has spoken.

For this reason we must handle God's word rightly.
2 Timothy 2:15
15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth.

i for my area take excitement in gaining know-how of approximately different religions. i attempt to be taught as much as obtainable so as that i'm able to understand them, and because I see value and a few thing sensible in each faith and concept equipment. some sense extra distant places to me than others, and those that actively sell violence do frighten me slightly, yet i does no longer say that i'm against any specific faith. There are techniques that i do no longer think are precise yet i do no longer fault the religions or human beings belonging to them.
