Yes it can be bought. It is a stock without meat, made with only veggies. Swanson's makes one. In a can. there are others

Swansons makes an excellant vegetable stock which can be found in your grocery store on the soup aisle. If your store does not have it, talk to the manager.

Or you can make it by boiling all of your leftover raw veggies with some spices and herbs.

It is water that has cooked with veggies and then the veggies have been removed leaving only their flavor behind. Yes, you can buy it in any grocery store. It is with the chicken and beef stock which is usually in the canned soup aisle.

It's just a broth made out of veggies, like chicken stock is made out of chicken. You can buy it at the store in liquid form (where they keep the soups), or in powder form.

it is basicly soup broth made by boiling veggies till they are realy bland and removing them so all their juices and yummies are in the water. you can buy it at supermarkets along with chicken beef and sometimes lamb or fish stock

You simmer different vegetables in a pot of water until they pretty much turn to mush, strain out the vegetables and reduce (evaporate off some of) the remaining liquid. Yes, you can buy it. In cans and in boxes. Organic and non-organic.
