How is he the father is the whole pregnancy and miscarriage were a sham?
She could have had a false pregnancy, which causes her body to act and think like its pregnant, and she can have a heavy period after it that is just like a miscarriage. Its a phsycological condition, and it doesnt mean she's crazy.

Only in a real pregnancy is there a father!
But if there is something monetarily at stake then you could get a court order or summon her Doctor. Without that from the court the 'father' doesn't have any right to her medical information. Any doctor who gave him information regarding her treatment or condition would be breaking the law. That said I hardly think she is faking if she was under treatment from the doctor. Can you prove she wasn't pregnant and miscarried??? You would have to have justifable cause to get court access to her medical records and history.
If it's a 'fake' pregnancy there is no 'father' and therefore he has no legal rights. And even if there was a pregnancy his legal rights as father ended when she miscarried.

If the girl in question did fake a pregnancy it is no ones business but hers. If she didn't fake it and had a miscarriage my heart goes out to her, because not only does she have to deal with losing her baby but people talking behind her back. If the pregnancy had continued and she had the baby, than the father has rights and responsibilities. No you can not get information from her doctor it is illegal.

No. Under HIPPA he can not talk with her doctor about her medical care without her consent. Why does he need to legally prove anything? If he had sex with her, then he'll have to take her word on the pregnancy & miscarriage. If he's doubting her, then that's between the two of them.

No. He is not her husband. The doctor can give you information on a pregnancy if you were the husband, but by law should not divulge any other health information by the HIPPA (Health Information Protection and Portability Act) regulations.
Honestly, just dump this chick and get FAR away from her! This is the type of drama queen that ruins men's interpretations of real women.

Nope, when a patient goes goes to the Dr.. and fills out ALL that paper work, one of the things that the patient signs is a privacy protection agreement. The Dr. in no way shape, or form is allowed to give out your information to anyone. If you were to call them on the phone their not even suppose to tell you that she is a patient of theirs.. everything is confidential..

Are you trying to avoid something or somehow gain something?
If trying to avoid say monetary responsibility, then it's up to her to prove she was really pregnant and miscarried. If you're wanting to prove it to gain something, then unless she has given rights for you to have access to her records, then you're probably not going to be able to prove anything.
