How long did u guys take to forget ur 1st love? were u able to forget them? still in love with him/her after so many years? even after u've got married and have kids?

Well, the answer in NO, you never forget them, because the first love is the one when you don't feel like anything would ever go wrong and so the first love is pure, and of course the 2nd 3rd and etc are good too, but nothing will ever replace the first love. Even if you get married and you have children, of course you won't be inlove with the person but you will still have feeling for the other.

My first love left over two years ago and I am still very much in love with her, even after another relationship. I love her with everything inside me. She was studying for a semester at my college. She is a Swede. When she had go back to Sweden I was a wreck. I still think that I will be with again someday even though she has a boyfriend now and lives in Sweden and I live in Minnesota. We told each other when she left that if it is meant to be we will be together again. I will never forget my first love and I know she won't forget me. That feeling of truly being in love for the first time is like non other and when it's for real there is no mistaking it. At least that is how it was for me.

You will never stop loving someone if it was real. You will never forget about them. You can continue to love someone even if you are married because if you truly loved a person you will always love them and it is okay to feel this way. But, real love means letting the person find his/her own happiness even if it isnt with you. If it is meant to be, then you will be together, if not, then you can always love them from a far.

You will never really forget your first love, regardless what. That was your first love, the first time you really got into it.....so no, you don't really forget it. But you will get over it and find a new love. The first love is not necessarily our destiny. A lot of people do believe that it is not so good to marry your first love. However, abstain from comparing everyone who comes into your life afterwards to your first love....good luck

You will never forget your first love. it dont even have to be your first love. if you realy love someone and for some reason cant be with them i dont think you will ever get over it. it gets easier with time but they will always be in the back of your head. like when you hear that certain song or maybe pass them going down the road. all you can realy do is take it one day at a time.

There will be other BETTER love its just like the first time you do anything like ride a bike try to swim so on and so forth you didn't do it real well the very first time but it got better so there will be other love but this person will also always hold a special part in your heart. I am deeply in love with my bf..I met him when I was 15..so He was my first true love! I could never ever forget him...everyday since the day I met him he's always on my mind always! even if it's for a second. You can't forget first love! never!
