What does this mean?

Many times past couple of weeks, I've been seeing my friend's boyfriend in my dreams. I even hugged him one time in one of my dreams. I've had about 5 of them and my friend finds that weird.

I've also had dreams where there are all boys and I'm the only girl there. .. what does this mean?

either you are lonely or maybe you're a bit jealous of the attention your friend is getting from her boyfriend.
