well we dont know each other b/c we dont sit by each other and we dont talk. the only time we talked was when my grade was in charge of handing out sonic for lunch and i asked him what his name was. thats all. and i see him glancing at me ALOTTTT! so yeah just wandering.

It can vary between the age groups. If he totally avoids your or is always trying to get your attention. If your find he is trying to get information about you from friends.
But, the best way if you can handle it is go up to him start a conversation. Get to know him and his interests.
Don't wait for him to make the first move. If you do you won't get to know anything and he may move on.

Flirt with him and don't worry about it, if hes feeling you he will say something, in less he is a punk and cant man up and just tell you, in which case you don't need him anyway
