BROCCOLI MUSHROOM CREAM SOUP

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. light cream
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms (fresh)

Combine broccoli, mushrooms, onion, bouillon and water. Cover and simmer until tender. Stir in undiluted soup. Add sour cream and light cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat to steaming. Do not boil. Can be garnished with parsley or croutons.

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bad. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
