I need to know what the quote is from Romans 12:19. Does anyone know what it is?

Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.
(Keep in mind that this is a letter from Saul of Tarsus [Paul] to the early christian community in Rome; it's Paul's words)
