Recipe for using pulp from juicer?

I know you can add the pulp to muffin and cake recipes, but is there a formula for how much to use?

FRUIT PULP COOKIES

2 eggs
2 c. pulp (any kind)
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 tsp. each of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
2 c. raisins or currants

Mix all ingredients in order. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 5 dozen.
