Yes I believe that all the great leaders and prophets of our time have something to teach us, This is regardless of whether it be Jesus, Mohamed, Budda, Marx, Owen, Trotsky, Gandhi, all men have something to teach and in the body of work that is philosophy there are many ways and paths and all have something to teach. how any are interpreted as messages of hate are beyond me

No. Jesus gave birth to faith with sacrifice but mohammed did it with convincing writings, with force, war, etc. I am not christian by the way.
