idk i lost it she says she can forgive me but i cant forgive myself she wants to stay toghther but i think we should break up. what should i do?

if you need to hit something go hit a wall but dont lay a head on girl
my bf does this and he gets mad but he never hits me goes out comes back when hes not upset anymore
