I wouldn't eat chicken which has been in the fridge longer than one or two days. Now, I know certain marinades can make meat last longer, but I think that's more with beef than poultry. You would need to know you're 100% fully cooking it to kill any bacteria, but seriously, I'd say it's not worth the risk!

my boyfriend is a professional chef. He says that it is safe to eat only if you fully cook the chicken to an internal temp of 180 degrees. Unless you have temp gauges readily available, I would suggest throwing it out.

Next time, instead of 3 days of marinating your poultry, try 3 hours and that should make it nice & flavorful & juicy. or either go online and get some recipes. Don't eat that chicken that has been thawed & marinating for 3 days you might get sick!!!!!!

if this chicken were kept in the refrigerator then its probably is o.k.
but i also thinks that 3 days pushin' it a little. but always remember this when it comes to food, "when in doubt, throw it out".

I sure wouldn't. Three day old chicken can't be anything but breeding bacteria....

depends on what you marinated it in. if it's acidic, like citrus, i'd be leary. otherwise, try cooking it. just make sure it's cooked all the way through. it might be good or it might turn out super salty. you never now.

if you kept it in the fridge, it should be fine. cook it completely though, and try it.
