bananas on the counter
apples on a shelf
both being gaurded
by a shotgun weilding elf

The kitchen still in darkness,
as the gnome enters the room
his aim's for the bananer
he's going for it soon

a bloody battle soon ensues
the elf against the gnome
the naners flung into the air
far from it's counter home

To best his foe the gnome gets rough
and pounds the poor elfs heade
Now the bruised banana's only use
Is to make Banana Bread!

Banana, Banana, Bananas turn brown when they bruise
Banana, Banana, Bananas turn brown when they bruise
They get kind of squishy and a little bit mushy like my heart since you been gone.
