yesterday i was on the couch kissing my boyfriend when he took my shirt ohf and bra he grabbed my nipples and twisted them so much, he gave me a tity twister, that i had to put ice on them 4 at least 2 hrs! Now my nipples r numb and it looks like they r loseing shape what should i do plz! Help, and what should i do!

Do you have feeling in them?? You could possibly have frost bite from the ice. Make sure you have feeling and there is good blood flow.. If you don't, do see a doctor.

Call your local urgent care center. Ask to speak to a woman. You want this because they will know what it is like. You might want to hurry and call if they are numb and losing shape.
