I've read that greater amounts of CO2 contribute to global warming because of its greenhouse properties. If we could somehow create some sort of giant vaccuum that would only suck CO2, would it help the problem at all?

Since CO2 is a greenhouse gas removing it would theoretically allow more infrared energy to escape into space. However, attempting to remove it this way would likely result in adding more greenhouse gases than were removed as such a vacuum would require energy to run. A better route would be by sequestering the CO2 by growing (or allowing to grow) more forests.

CO2 or carbondioxide is the gas that anamals breath out and what plants breath in. grass per cubic foot removes more CO2 than a tree does per cubic foot. soo let your grass grow tall and don't mow it short.
CO2 is the fizz in beer and sodapops
Fire and factory exhausts put out CO or carbon monoxide and is highly toxic.

I don't think that CO2 is as big a problem as they say. I would say that global warming depends on "dirt" particles in the air and the energy output from the sun.

sure it can, because CO2 is one of the gases which cause greenhouse effect, a phenomenon which causes global warming

but we also have to reduce CO, and SO2 too
