Since I'm not a Christian, I would deny it. But, to make the question more relevant, if someone in the same situation asked me if I were Wiccan (or pagan), and I knew they were intending to kill me if I said yes, I would not deny my faith.

I would stand (for I will not die on my knees) and proudly tell them that I am Wiccan. And they'd better be fast on the trigger, because as I was announcing this, I'd be fighting back with every ounce of strength I had remaining. I might well die, but they would know that I had not given up without a fight, and with any luck, I'd take a few with me.

It may be coming to this soon...who knows? It is better to die claiming the savior than to live and not profess the Lord! Anyway, the Lord can deliver if He sees fit. But even if it is not in His will to deliver you He will not forget you and you are going home to be with Him! Our God is a mighty God and awesome are His ways! I would pray for strength because all things are possible with the Lord! I could not do this on my own but the Lord always helps me through everything!

I would also say I am Christian and put my life in God's hands rather than theirs. If I say, "I'm not Christian", it means I just rebuked my faith, and double-talked (see below for explanation) it too. There is also still a chance I may get killed, and then what? I might go to Hell because I rebuked my faith.

Double-talk: This just means that you go back against your promises to God. For example, if you absolutely promise that you will read the Bible five minutes a day, and then say you won't, then that means you just "double-talked" Him.

I would say God is my Father, The Holy Spirit is my Teacher and comforter and Jesus Christ is my Lord. What do you say that I am? If they lobbed your head off it would only be in the eyes of the
World, because I have eternal life. The real me has a body that is not made of flesh and blood and indistructable.

Its easy to say you would die for Him. The question is, can you live for Him? If not, then you wouldn't die for Him either.

i think we all think that we would die for christ, but when if a situation really happened, sadly many of us would think twice. Peter confessed that he wouldn't deny Christ and HE SAW HIM FACE TO FACE, yet he denied him three times! For us who know christ by faith, it would be much harder i'm afraid> all we can do is pray for courage>
