To get rid out from trouble, I advice you to rephrase your question with "How would I give a kindness the one who hates me" I understand your feeling. Be patient. God bless you.

First off, if you are asking this question you really have to consider whether you should be getting into a fight in the first place. That assumes, of course, that this fight is optional and not a mandatory move in self-defense. So if you can avoid this fight, try to do that, because by the very nature of this question you are clearly ill-prepared for a fight.

But if you are wanting to learn in order to have some self-defense capability, these are the three things to know.

(1) Ball fist of your dominant hand into a fist and place your thumb roughly on top and in front of the place where your index and middle finger come together. DO NOT tuck your thumb UNDER your other fingers.

(2) Throw a short hard direct punch starting roughly from in front of your dominant shoulder. Think about the shortest route from your shoulder to the opponent's face. DO NOT throw a wild roundhouse haymaker as that increases your chances of both missing and of hitting a point on their head other than what you are aiming for (see point #3 for what you are aiming for). Rememeber, short direct hard from in front of your shoulder, practice this in the air to familiarize yourself with the motion. Be committed to the punch, but it does not have to be with 100% of your effort. Accuracy is ultimately more important.

(3) Aim for the nose. Getting punched in the nose is incredibly painful and debilitating, much more so than getting punched elsewhere in the face. The bones in the nose are easier to break, and the pain causes momentary loss of vision, which allows you to either follow up with another punch, or run.

Hope this helps you learn some self-defense.

Well first of all make sure you make a fist as tight as you can if you don't you will more than likely sprain are break your wrist and if the guy your are planning on hitting is much larger than you just be casual with him and when he least expects it kick him square in the nards and run like hell.

Maybe you can learn to Straight Blast. Or poke the guy in the eye, if you are near him then while you guys are talking keep your hands up, not in a fighting position but in a talking sort of position like people that talk with their hands.

Watch his hands the whole time, dont look in his eyes. It may look like you are scared but from the sidelines but you are ready. As soon as he moves scratch the sh*t out of his eyeballs with your thumbs and keep digging, after, or should I say as soon as you do that grab the back his head or neck and keep elbowing him again and again and again.
