Yes because she's a minor, that would be statutory rape.
That's a Class A misdemeanor in NY so you'll probably just get a few months in jail.
If she didn't give consent or if you were 21, you'd be in much bigger trouble.

Most states out law 18-16 year old sex, however most states also have what is called a Romeo and Juliet law. It makes exception where pressing charges would not benefit the minor.

Varies from state to state. Do a google search on "statutory rape" and your state. Most places it would be a misdeanor and while in theory it could carry some jail time--it is unlikely that it would--even if prosecuted, unless there were extenuating circumstances. Misdemeanors carry a sentence of a year or less per offense.
But do not underesitmate the power of a knowledgable and motivated parent.

Depends on the jurisdiction. In the State of New York, if the older person is less than 21, the younger person can be as young as 14. But if the older person is over 21, then the younger person must be at least 17.
Every state is different, if you're in the military the Uniform Code of Military Justice has a whole different set of rules and, of course, outside the United States, the law is different from country to country (and within countries it varies from state to state or province to province).
But, in my state, just to be safe, wait til honey is at least 17.

It depends on where you live. In some states, legal age for sexual stuff is 16, in others it's 18. Check local laws. I would recommend http://findlaw.com for legal questions like this, if you don't want to browse through all the laws and such they have listings of legal firms near you that could tell you what the answer would be in your area.
I can tell you right now that that's perfectly fine in NC- legal age here is 16.

ARE YOU CRAZY YES YOU CAN GO TO JAIL FOR HAVING SEX WITH A 16 YEAR OLD GIRLFRIEND. IN THE REAL WORLD YOU CONSIDERED AN ADULT IF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICE. BUT THAT WOULD BE STATUTORY RAPE.

Ummm... Yes?
And for a pretty long time, really depends on where your located, state / city.
And if caught by parents, you don't have to worry about jail, I'd be more worried about that shot-gun in my face XD.
Likely not worth the risk man...
