What does it mean when a guy U barely know, but flirts and talks 2 U, talks about his former crush. Does it me he likes U and wants 2 make U jelous?

i think he is just being a guy and he is kinda just feeling you out on how you feel about him. or maybe he just feels comfortable around you to talk about his crush. it could be a couple of different things you need to just kinda talk to him. good luck and GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!!!!

It means he is making conversation. He has no reason to even WANT to make you jealous.
