Genesis 3:16 says "To the woman He said, 'I will greatly multiply your pain in childbirth, in pain you will (A)bring forth children'" (Thanks to Bible.com for the text). If Eve had not sinned, what would birth feel like?

If Eve had not sinned I think child birth would have been very much less painful along with a lot of other things in the world. But if Eve had not sinned then the first human to sin would have just been her son Cain for murdering his brother Abel. Sin was going to happen. It was just a matter of when.

In the perfect world that was planned, no one would suffer pain. And that will return.

Rev 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away."

Anyway, my wife proved well childbirth can be painless, (almost).
There has to be some pain, right?
Appreciate the Lamas method and the La Lechca League. I know, the spelling is wrong. Check spelling didn't correct it.

If Eve had not sinned, Adam and Eve would be all there would be. The reason childbirth is painful is the size of the human skull do to the larger size of the brain in humans. I guess the Bible is right there, the larger the organ of thought, the more pain required for it to be born.

If Adam & Eve had not sinned; the sufferings of childbirth & other forms of sicknesses we face today would not be an issue. We would all be living in perfection on earth. Nobody likes pain. Someday very soon; Jehovah God will cleanse the earth from all the maladies we face today.

I hope your question is answered successfully.

I guess birth would feel great, and we would all live in the garden, until some other idiot decided to eat from the tree, like maybe cain, since he was a little not so right in the head.

Rationalizing pain in Childbirth with a story in the Bible is pretty dumb. Anytime you are pushing something the size of a watermelon out of a hole the size of a lemon, it's gonna hurt.

I don't recall reading anything in the bible about God saying I'm going to make it hurt real bad when you take a big bowel movement.

Besides, I thought Christians didn't believe that the Old Testament was relavent anymore since Jesus was the "Sacrificial Lamb" who said it was null.

If Eve had not sinned, there would be no childbirth. Adam and Eve would still be hanging out in the garden of Eden, and you wouldn't be here asking questions, and I wouldn't be here answering them.
this is, of course, if you believe in the Bible.

before that they didn't have any children either. so children are sin as well. that is why they are baptized in the catholic faith (somewhat).

it would feel like nothing, because it would not be there.
a good notion to read into here is one from philosophy, where it is said that one cannot achieve a higher level without sacrifice. this goes along the same lines.

Multiply thy sorrow and conception, Cain and Abel were twins.

Unknown what birth would feel like.
