I just threw up and got a real bad nosebleed. Is this something I should worry about?

It is possible that the force required to vomit ruptured the blood vessels in your nose. If this happens again though, or you have any otehr strange symptoms, see a doctor. Incidentally, was the blood watery and thin? If so, that is very serious and you need a doctor now. If it was normal and red, don't fret too much.

By the way, the person above me is wrong - don't pinch the nostrils shut during a nosebleed. The right place to pinch is just below the bridge of your nose. Run your fingers up either side your nose until you find that bony lump about halfway up - you should pinch hard just under that lump, and tip the head forwards. That stops blood running down the throat, which in itself can cause vomitting. Try not to cough, sneeze, sniff, swallow or talk during and immediately after a nosebleed as it can interfere with the ruptured blood vessels trying to repair themselves.

I wouldn't necessarily worry about it. It could be from increased pressure from the vomiting. If it happens again, you might want to go to the doctor.

If you are feverish or feel dizzy, then you might need to consult the doctor.I was send to brain scanning before, they suspect of internal bleeding.

No. Generally it is not something of concern. When your nose bleeds, pinch the nostrils closed and lean forward.
