hes always staring at me looking in my eyes!
& he always flirts with me & he always finds a reaosn to come by me!
but one day him and his friends walked up to me and my friend
and he grabbed her butt and then he looked to see what i was doing!

You sound too young to worry about it. Play sports, and let yourself mature. When you're 25... then worry about those things, and stay away from those kinds of guys. He's a jerk. You shouldn't relate to him at all. Your friend too.

I think he's a pig if he grabbed your friend's butt and then looked for your reaction. Try to find a guy with a little more class.

It sounds like he's just one of those guys whose just wanting to get any action they can get, because if he really likes you why would he grab your friends butt? And that doesn't mean he likes your friend either he could just be like i said wanting some.

He definitely likes you, he just doesn't know how to let you know without looking like he's a spaz. He grabs your friends butt to get your reaction cause he doesn't know if you like him. Just go up to him and tell him "you know, you don't have to grab my friends @ss to get to me" "I know you like me, I like you too." and then walk off. It will floor him and he won't know what to say. But at least you put the ball in his court. I bet you don't get 10 feet before he comes chasing after you.

he seems to be pretty obviously flirting with you. it's a definite bet that he likes you.
he sounds like a huge jerk though. if he grabs your friends but to see what you're reaction was, it's pretty clear that he wouldn't respect you or your boundries.
