They're not legal citizens of the United States. The only thing that would pertain to them is the part where the Constitution says, protect Americas sovereignty from foreign illegal alien invaders!
Most are citizens of La Republica of Mexico!

The Constitution applies to citizens of the US. Since they are "illegal" immigrants nothing in it applies to them.
FYI: It does NOT apply to guests or tourists staying in the US. ONLY citizens. If you are not a citizen it does not apply.

It doesn't. It only applies (at least as written) to legal alliens, US citizens, and guests (tourists, etc).
