I already purchased one form Angus and Robertson - however it does not show me how to train a cockatiel. Even Dymocks didn't have any - only books on wild birds.

Best bet is to order online from Amazon. If you can't find a book in the shop at home, Amazon will have it! I ran into trouble trying to find a particular 18th C novelist, and the only place I found his books was on the internet...

Books are good, but I would also suggest talking to actual cockatiel owners. I like http://www.theperch.net/discussion
Otherwise I would go to barnes and Noble.

Go to a pet store, that's where I purchased mine. They really do help. Go to Petco or Petsmart

any pet store will have them ,or look on your computer in your area,they may sometimes have bird fairs they have all those things there. i go all the time.
