Depends. You should be dating long enough to know the person well, so you'll know that you don't regret the kiss. Let the kiss be a sign of how much you care for the person, not just you being swept up in emotion.

Well, i depends for all, but i wasn't going out with my homecoming date but we kissed during the dance.. i say if u know the person really well like you have been friends for a while the became bf and gf, first date is fine, but if you haven't then when u have seen how they react to certain situations and you like them, 2nd to 3rd date and up.

i think that you should get to know that person first and that the kiss should be 100% pure and out of LOVE not LUST, so before you kiss i personally think the 2 people should be in love that way the sexual pressure isn't there. remember "love gives you a wedding; lust gives you a condom"

well it depends on your relationship
and when it is time for your kiss both of you will know when
and when boys want to kiss they move in about 90% and leave the rest up to you
but if your bf is shy then you should make the first move

If an opportunity does not present itself ask him/her if they like kissing and if they do go for it. Doesn't matter how long you have known them.
