I think you mean you have a scanner, but you didn't receive any software with it. What you should do is find the brand and model of your scanner. This should be printed on your scanner somewhere, usually on a sticker on the bottom. Go to the manufacturer's website. Search google for the brand name to find this site. Look for something that says Downloads or Support. What you want to do is download the drivers for your model scanner. These typically come with instructions on what you should do next. This should get you up and running.

Well..that depend what is the brand of the scanner.

I used to have this scanner, and I lost the software for it, but everytime when I hook it up. the computer was able to search and scanned pix.

It shouldnt be that difficult with the scanner that you had.

Well the one I had, I just need to hook it up through the USB port, and everything else was easy and self hooked up.

look at the model of your scanner, sometime if you find the model and do a search online, you might able to find the software with the scanner.

Good luck ! and have fun!

You will need to visit the manufacturers website and get the software for it. Windows will need the drivers installed before you plug in the scanner.
