In the Greek, psuche=soul
pneuma=spirit.

The soul is your consciousness.The life force.Pneuma is the spirit that goes back to God.Hebrew ,rouash.
That's why Jesus said you must be "Born Again".
Born once with a soul by water ,bursting forth from the womb.Born Again by the Pneuma spirit of God,from the family of Adam to the eternal family of God.Paul says that now that we are adopted we have all the rights to access God.We don't need man to intercede for us.

thats easy. nefesh is only one part of the soul, the very lowest part that is connected to physicality. neshamah is the highest part, it endures forever and returns to G-d after death. as for psuche, i'm not sure what the hebrew equivalent of that would be, so i can't answer.
